Job summary

Olympus is seeking a seasoned Repair Operations leader in Chile to optimize repair quality, capacity, and costs while ensuring transparency to customers and internal teams.

You will guide repair leaders, align with global guidelines, and drive engagement and skill development. A Bachelor's in Engineering and 10+ years in a related field are required, with strong English and Spanish language abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required; Producting Engineering is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years related work experience.
• English - good written and spoken skills.
• Spanish - native level written and spoken.
• Office 365 tools - proficient user.

Responsibilities

• Manage repair leaders to follow Olympus Global Guidelines and performance standards.
• Lead the repair team to improve engagement, performance, and reduce turnover.
• Prepare capacity plans and coordinate with HR and GM to balance demand and capacity.
• Develop budget for Repair site to maintain service levels per contracts.
• Support Customer Service with repair quotes including root cause details.
• Oversee Skill Map and plan repair training for appropriate activity skill levels.
• Manage Service Bulletins, technical updates, and FCAs with the repair team.
