Vicuña is seeking an exceptional Senior Recruiter (Analyst) to lead end-to-end recruitment for a large-scale mining project. You will attract, source, assess, and hire construction, operational, technical and support professionals to hit milestone targets while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

You will partner with hiring managers and HR to implement recruitment strategies, manage the ATS (SAP SuccessFactors), and maintain quality, compliance, and timely updates.

Formación

• 8–12 years of recruitment experience hiring technical talent in mining, EPC, construction, oil & gas, infrastructure, or large industrial projects.
• Site-based experience supporting operations or projects is an advantage.
• Experience recruiting technical and engineering professionals.
• Experience supporting major capital projects is highly desirable.

Vicuña is seeking an exceptional talent acquisition professional with experience supporting large-scale industrial or mining projects. The Senior Recruiter will possess exceptional stakeholder management skills, a strong network within the mining industry, and the ability to deliver high-quality talent within demanding project timelines while maintaining an outstanding candidate experience.

The Senior Recruiter (Analyst) is responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities for a large-scale mining project. This role focuses on attracting, sourcing, assessing, and hiring highly qualified construction, operational, technical and support professionals to achieve project milestones. The Senior Recruiter partners closely with hiring managers and the HR team to deliver recruitment strategies that meet aggressive hiring targets while ensuring quality, compliance, and an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and hiring priorities.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition approval through onboarding.
• Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and direct sourcing.
• Conduct interviews and competency-based assessments.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage offer negotiations and employment contracts.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department leaders.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring metrics.
• Advise managers on recruitment best practices.
• Build and maintain talent pools for critical project positions.
• Develop proactive sourcing initiatives for hard-to-fill roles.
• Participate in career fairs, industry events, and employer branding initiatives.

Compliance and Governance

• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies, employment legislation, and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), SAP SuccessFactors.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives where applicable.

Reporting

• Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards, including time-to-fill, recruitment pipeline, offer acceptance rates, source effectiveness, vacancy status.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Professional HR or recruitment certification is an advantage.

Experience

• 8–12 years of recruitment experience hiring technical talent in mining, EPC, construction, oil & gas, infrastructure, or large industrial projects. Site based experience supporting operations or projects is an advantage.
