Staff Backend Engineer – Python at BairesDev is a fully remote role joining our global engineering team. You will design and implement backend services on AWS serverless, own end-to-end features, and shape the architecture of scalable microservices.

You’ll work with Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS, model data in PostgreSQL and DynamoDB, and craft APIs used by web and mobile apps, while communicating in English with colleagues worldwide.

Competenze

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience with strong Python skills.
• Hands‑on AWS Serverless (Lambda, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, API Gateway).
• Experience with PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.
• Proficiency in microservices and event‑driven architecture.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS.
• Advanced English proficiency.
