BairesDev in Chile is seeking a Staff Backend Engineer – Python to join our remote-first global team. You will shape backend services on scalable platforms, influence architecture decisions across projects, and own features end to end from design through deployment.

You’ll work with Python, AWS Serverless, PostgreSQL and DynamoDB, and collaborate with a world-class, diverse group to deliver reliable microservices.

Formación

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience with Python.
• Hands-on AWS Serverless (Lambda, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, API Gateway).
• Background in PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.
• Proficiency in microservices and event‑driven architecture.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

In this role, you'll bring deep technical expertise to the backend systems behind products serving millions of collectors. What You'll Do

What We Are Looking For
