Brunel is seeking a Senior Project Engineering Manager to lead engineering management for a major mining and metallurgical facility project, based in Santiago, Chile, with eventual relocation to the El Abra site. The role includes an eight-week Chilean rotation and two weeks off, with accommodations and travel provided.

You will oversee EWPs, cost, schedule, safety, and QA/QC, interface with site leadership and the client, and drive changes while maintaining project objectives.

Formación

• Proven experience in Project and Engineering Management on large-scale projects.
• Bachelor-level engineering degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Knowledge of project controls, procurement, and contract administration.
• Willingness for frequent travel and international relocation.
• Proficient with engineering systems and design tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day engineering management for the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate EWPs, schedules, cost, safety, and QA/QC.
• Interface with site leadership, safety, and client representatives.
• Manage changes proposed by technology providers and assess impacts.
• Contribute to project reporting and risk management.
• Oversee team staffing, progress reviews, and scheduling.
