Job summary

Fluence Energy Chile SpA is seeking a Senior Supply Chain leader to own end-to-end material execution from PO placement to delivery, manage suppliers and contract manufacturers, and drive cross-functional initiatives. The role requires extensive experience across procurement, planning, and manufacturing operations to ensure on-time project delivery and optimal inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing Operations, or Program Management.
• 5+ years of experience managing teams and driving performance.
• Proven experience with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and global supply chains.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, planning, inventory management, logistics, and manufacturing operations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle ERP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools like Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end material execution from PO placement to delivery and fulfillment.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and contract manufacturers; drive performance reviews and corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across procurement, planning, manufacturing, engineering, quality, and logistics.
• Lead Spare Parts Procurement and Aftermarket Operations to meet service commitments.
• Lead teams in Procurement Operations, Supply Chain Operations, and Analytics; set goals and KPIs.
• Develop reports and dashboards; drive standardization and continuous improvement.
