Fluence Energy, LLC in Santiago, Chile, is seeking a Senior Buyer – Direct Materials & Supply Chain to manage end-to-end procurement, create POs in SAP, and ensure uninterrupted supply for direct materials.

You will coordinate with global suppliers, handle VIM processes, optimize logistics, and develop procurement dashboards to track KPIs, collaborating with Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, and Logistics teams.

Qualificações

• 4–7 years of experience in Procurement / Supply Chain operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP PO creation and procurement workflows.
• Experience in Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).
• Exposure to handling global suppliers and international procurement operations.
• Experience working in high-pressure environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for Direct Materials.
• Create, modify, and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP.
• Handle Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) processes and workflows.
• Coordinate with global suppliers across geographies and time zones.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to track shipments and ensure timely material movement.
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; prepare dashboards and KPI reports.
• Work closely with Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, and Logistics teams.
