Fluence Energy Chile SpA is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage end-to-end Direct Materials sourcing, POs in SAP, and VIM processes. The role requires coordinating with global suppliers, logistics teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure on-time delivery and cost control.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years in procurement, strong analytical skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to support continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Competenze

• 4-7 years of experience in Procurement / Supply Chain operations.
• Strong experience in Direct Materials procurement.
• Hands-on experience with SAP PO creation and procurement workflows.
• Experience in Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).
• Exposure to handling global suppliers and international procurement operations.
• Experience working in high-pressure / high-stakes operational environments.
• Knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Mansioni

• Procure end-to-end Direct Materials and create/modify POs in SAP to ensure uninterrupted supply.
• Manage Vendor Invoice Management processes and reconcile invoices with finance and vendors.
• Coordinate with global suppliers and onboarding, ensuring delivery performance and quality.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to track shipments and resolve issues.
• Analyze procurement data and prepare dashboards, KPIs, and operational summaries.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and policy compliance.
