Job summary

Fluence Energy Chile SpA is seeking a Procurement Operations professional to manage end-to-end procurement for Direct Materials, create POs in SAP, and ensure uninterrupted supply across global operations.

You will handle Vendor Invoice Management, supplier onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration with Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, and Logistics to optimize cost and delivery performance.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in Procurement / Supply Chain operations.
• Strong Direct Materials procurement experience.
• Hands-on SAP PO creation and procurement workflows.
• Experience with Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).
• Global supplier exposure and international procurement experience.
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for Direct Materials.
• Create, modify, and manage POs in SAP and ensure timely procurement.
• Monitor procurement transactions and resolve discrepancies proactively.
• Handle Vendor Invoice Management processes and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with global suppliers and internal stakeholders for delivery and onboarding.
• Collaborate with Logistics to track shipments and optimize inventory.
• Analyze procurement data and prepare dashboards and KPI reports.
