BairesDev is seeking a Senior Platform Architect to lead the design of scalable cloud and platform infrastructure. You will align technical architecture with business goals and mentor engineering teams to adopt best practices.

This fully remote role offers 100% flexibility, excellent USD compensation, a hardware setup, and opportunities to work with global talent across the world. You will drive IaC and CI/CD automation, establish Kubernetes-based deployment patterns, and influence stakeholders

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Cloud Architecture, Platform Engineering, or related field.
• Proven expertise in technical leadership, architecture design, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong background in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD automation pipelines.
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and modern deployment practices.
• Exceptional mentoring skills and ability to align stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the architectural design and evolution of enterprise-scale cloud and platform infrastructure.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering technical excellence and stakeholder alignment.
• Design and advocate for robust infrastructure-as-code practices to automate provisioning.
• Establish scalable container orchestration strategies to ensure high availability and resource optimization.
• Drive continuous integration and automated delivery pipelines to streamline software deployment lifecycles.
