SumUp is seeking a Digital Growth Analyst Latam Online Marketing in Santiago to drive growth for our Chilean market. You will own CRO end to end, diagnose funnels, design experiments, and implement landing pages with robust tracking.

You will build dashboards, run SQL analyses, and collaborate with tech teams to fix attribution issues. The role emphasizes translating data and unit economics into actionable growth strategies, leveraging AI for automation, and contributing to paid-media

Formación

• Experience turning data and unit-economics analysis into clear, actionable growth recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and BI or dashboarding tools, with comfort building and maintaining reliable reporting.
• Track record of leading cross-functional projects from diagnosis through to delivery and measurable impact.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional growth projects from business case and unit-economics scenarios through to implementation and impact measurement.
• Own website conversion-rate optimisation end to end, including funnel diagnosis, experiment design, landing-page implementation, tracking and QA.
• Build and maintain dashboards, run SQL analysis, and audit attribution or tracking issues, coordinating fixes with technical teams when needed.
• Use AI to speed up analysis, automation and operational workflows, with appropriate quality checks.
