SumUp in Santiago is seeking a Sr. Digital Growth Analyst to drive data-powered growth across acquisition and conversion. You will own end-to-end CRO, build dashboards, run SQL analyses and coordinate fixes with technical teams.

The role blends hands-on analysis with implementation across marketing and product initiatives. Ideal candidates turn data and unit-economics into actionable recommendations, leverage BI tools for reliable reporting, and lead cross-functional projects from diagnosis

Formación

• Experience turning data and unit-economics analysis into clear, actionable growth recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and BI or dashboarding tools, with comfort building and maintaining reliable reporting.
• Track record of leading cross-functional projects from diagnosis through to delivery and measurable impact.
• Ability to design and run website or CRO experiments, from hypothesis to tracking to results analysis.
• Fluency in professional English, alongside structured problem-solving and a hands-on, ownership-driven approach.

Sr. Digital Growth Analyst

Latam Online Marketing is SumUp's acquisition engine for Chile, driving 38% of new net revenue in H1 2026 through a mix of Card Reader, Tap to Pay and, more recently, inside sales motions. The team has already built the data foundations it needs; the next stage of growth depends on turning that data into sharper offers, faster website experiments and stronger full-funnel execution. This role sits at the centre of that shift, combining analysis with hands‑on delivery to unlock the channel's next growth plateau.

What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional growth projects from business case and unit-economics scenarios through to implementation and impact measurement
