Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Manager, Application Security to lead a new, autonomous security program in a fully remote environment. You will set standards, drive vulnerability management, and embed secure practices across engineering teams while guiding IT and compliance professionals.

You will represent security to senior leadership, customers, and auditors, with hands-on oversight of security reviews, risk framing, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in security with hands-on app security experience.
• Proven track record maturing an app security program—reviews, threat modeling, vulnerability mgmt, follow-up pentesting.
• Strong knowledge of secure software design and common vulnerabilities.
• Ability to read code, assess web/API architectures, collaborate with engineers on remediation.
• 2+ years in people management with guidance and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the application security roadmap including vulnerability management and remediation processes.
• Conduct hands-on security reviews and triage vulnerabilities with engineers.
• Embed secure development practices across the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.
