Atlas Renewable Energy is seeking a senior H&S Manager based in Santiago, Chile, to lead health and safety across the company’s operations. You will develop and implement safety programs, drive a strong safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage electrical risk across construction and O&M activities.

• 5+ years in construction/operations environments as a manager.
• Experience delivering H&S training at scale for employees and contractors.
• Background in managing HS compliance and safety programs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve H&S policies and management systems for Chile.
• Integrate H&S into all project lifecycle stages: development, construction, commissioning, operations.
• Partner with project teams to identify risks and close performance gaps.
• Own electrical safety program end-to-end: energized work authorization, LOTO, arc flash assessments, PPE, competency management.
• Review and audit contractor H&S and electrical programs.
