Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management or project management.
• Experience in the data center, mission critical design concepts, and international environmental regulations.
• Experience in policy analysis, policy development, policy implementation, or legal documentation.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, organize, and lead program activities and stakeholders to deliver improvements within the EHS domain.
• Scope, phase, and lead cross-functional and cross-organizational challenges, including change management.
• Ensure alignment of executive stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for program initiatives aligned with Google's EHS vision and goals.
• Monitor and track program performance and implement corrective actions.
