Insight Global's client seeks a Senior Back Office Architect to modernize enterprise financial platforms with scalable, reliable systems for money movement and core processing. This role blends hands-on design with architectural leadership and collaboration across product and engineering teams.

The position is based in Santiago, Chile with a hybrid onsite schedule (Tue–Thu in person), guiding governance and standards while mentoring architects to ensure secure, compliant solutions.

Formación

• 7+ years of software architecture experience with end-to-end design and delivery.
• Hands-on architecture experience with ability to contribute to implementation.
• Proficient in C# and .NET.
• Experience leading architecture initiatives and cross-team decisions.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale systems.
• Background in financial services, banking, payments, or fintech.

Responsabilidades

• Own and modernize architecture of core back-office financial systems.
• Lead architecture design, reviews, and technical direction across teams.
• Remain hands-on with system design and prototyping when needed.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align goals.
• Introduce governance, standards, and architectural best practices.
• Mentor architects and promote AI-enabled development practices.
