Ria Money Transfer is seeking a senior .NET developer in Santiago, Chile. You will drive delivery of key initiatives, mentor teams, and design scalable REST APIs and microservices using .NET Core/C#.

The role requires strong OO design, experience across C#, Python, Java, SQL Server, and modern DevOps practices. You will collaborate with multiple teams, translate business requirements into technical plans, and contribute to a high-quality, secure software platform.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience as a .Net Developer or equivalent.
• 3+ years leading complex initiatives & core projects.
• Proficiency with .NET Core, C#, Python, Java, SQL Server, and Git/Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, relational databases, and SDLC.
• Experience with debugging, performance profiling, and optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently or with a team.
• Self-motivated, team player, with effective communication.
• Willingness to prepare technical documentation for the development team.

• Drive the delivery of key initiatives, guiding the team on best engineering practices
• Develop & support .Net Core & .Net Framework REST APIs & Microservices
• Write clean & scalable code using standard software design patterns
• Mentor and develop your team, promoting continuous improvement and quality delivery
• Design & integrate third-party services into our application to support business needs
• Collaborate with multiple teams & developers to meet project deadlines
• Analyze opportunities for improvements in our application & process flow
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications & a plan for delivery
