EPAM Systems is seeking a Data Delivery Manager in Chile to drive data-focused programs from inception to closure. You will partner with diverse teams and stakeholders to translate strategic goals into tangible delivery results, ensuring high-quality data products and on-time execution.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, track KPIs, and mitigate risks while upholding delivery standards. Strong English communication and data-centric expertise are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years IT experience across varied projects.
• Minimum 2 years in lead/manager roles.
• 2+ years guiding teams of 5+ members.
• Involvement in data-centric initiatives and data modeling.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full lifecycle of data-focused programs and ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality results across project stages.
• Develop strong stakeholder relationships as the delivery lead.
• Establish and track KPIs to monitor progress and quality.
• Identify risks and interdependencies; craft mitigation plans to stay on schedule.
• Promote best practices in delivery processes and team operations.
• Facilitate clear communication between engineering, business, and leadership.
• Plan resources across multiple streams to honor delivery commitments.
• Coach team members to foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.
• Provide regular reporting on milestones and outcomes.
