Albemarle in Santiago, Chile is seeking a Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Manager to lead enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives across BI platforms. You will partner with business and technology teams to deliver scalable reporting solutions and SAP data assets within modern data platforms.

The role demands strong stakeholder management, hands-on BI expertise with SAP and Power BI, and the ability to balance daily reporting operations with strategic project delivery.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering.
• Experience with SAP ecosystems including SAP S/4HANA and SAP Data Services.
• Experience developing or supporting enterprise reporting using Power BI.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with SOX controls and change management for reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement enterprise reporting solutions with governance and security.
• Build and maintain SAP Datamarts within Databricks Unity Catalog.
• Engage with stakeholders to capture reporting requirements and priorities.
• Collaborate with data engineering to modernize reporting architecture.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, and reporting consistency.
• Provide day-to-day reporting support and incident management.
