Mondelēz International in Chile is seeking a business intelligence professional to drive sales analytics, KPI monitoring, and reporting across local teams. You will train users, optimize sales systems, and support data-driven decision making in a hybrid work setup.

The role requires a minimum of two years in BI projects within consumer goods, English proficiency, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Hybrid model with emphasis on collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum of two years of experience in business intelligence or data projects within consumer goods companies.
• Intermediate-advanced proficiency in English and Power BI.
• Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking and results-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support and training to enable effective use of sales systems.
• Maintainand optimize systems for sales (including functionalities for customer management, tour planning, promotion planning, listing maintenance, shelf audit and reporting).
• Provide support to users with specific technical problems in cooperation with IT service providers.
• Drive continuous improvement of existing software and automation of new processes.
• Continuously monitor commercial KPIs for the local business.
• Raise timely alerts (watch outs) on deviations in commercial KPIs.
• Monitor Sell Out / Sell In compliance by client.
• Identify and elevate local issues that impact commercial operations.
• Address local business requirements regarding indicators and reports.
• Train local teams on KPIs, reports, and tracking tools.
• Support deal closings with relevant information and analysis.
• Ensure data quality of local commercial information.
