Albemarle in Santiago, Chile is seeking a Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Manager to lead enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives across BI platforms. You will partner with business and technology teams to deliver scalable reporting solutions and SAP data assets within modern data platforms.

The role demands strong stakeholder management, hands-on BI expertise with SAP and Power BI, and the ability to balance daily reporting operations with strategic project delivery.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering.
• Experience with SAP ecosystems including SAP S/4HANA and SAP Data Services.
• Experience developing or supporting enterprise reporting using Power BI.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with SOX controls and change management for reporting.

Job Description

Albemarle está buscando para Santiago, Chile un Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Manager will be responsible for supporting and advancing enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities across business intelligence platforms. This role combines operational reporting support and stakeholder partnership to ensure reliable, scalable, and business-critical reporting solutions.

The successful candidate will serve as a technical reporting SME, partnering with business and technology teams to deliver reporting enhancements and build strategic SAP data assets within modern data platforms.

# Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement reporting solutions that maintain data security, governance, and access controls across multiple business entities.
• Build and maintain SAP Datamarts within Databricks Unity Catalog to support enterprise reporting and analytics.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, priorities, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with data engineering and business teams to modernize reporting architecture and reduce dependency on legacy data & reporting platforms.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, lineage, and reporting consistency across enterprise reporting solutions.
• Support day-to-day reporting operations, incident management, and service requests across reporting platforms.

# Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering.
• Proven experience working with SAP ecosystems, including SAP ERP, S/4HANA, BusinessObjects, or SAP Data Services.
• Experience developing or supporting enterprise reporting solutions using Power BI or similar BI platforms.
• Strong, proven, stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across business and technology organizations.
• Experience managing reporting requirements from intake through delivery and production support; including development and management of functional and technical specifications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience balancing operational support responsibilities with strategic project delivery.
• Experience with SOX relevant controls and change management practices, including report certification.

• SAP Technologies: SAP S/4HANA, SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ), SAP Data Services (BODS), SAP Reporting Solutions
• Reporting & Analytics: Power BI or similar BI application, Data Modeling, Reporting Design and Development, Dashboard Development
• Preferred: Azure Databricks and Power BI
