Bechtel is seeking a Cost Estimator/Cost Controller for Mining and Metals projects in Santiago, Chile. You will lead non-routine cost estimating, analysis, and cost control activities, preparing budgets and cost studies with historical data and trend analysis.

You will coordinate trend programs, monitor cost performance, and compile reports for management. Requires a bachelor's degree and 8–10 years of relevant experience; experience with EcoSys, PowerBI is valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) required.
• 8–10 years of relevant cost engineering experience, or 12–14 years in lieu of degree.
• Experience with cost estimating, trend analysis, and cost reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Performs non-routine cost estimating, analysis, and control activities.
• Manage trend program and act as point of contact for trend initiation.
• Prepare cost studies using historical data, statistical analysis, and comparisons.
• Coordinate development of trend quantities and inputs with owners.
• Develop and verify cost reports for management review.
