BHP Chile invites a senior Contracts & Procurement leader to drive contracting strategies for a complex mega project. You will manage EPCM/EPC contracts, oversee interfaces with Supply and Purchasing, and lead a team to maximize value while maintaining safety and sustainability.

You will negotiate terms, assess risk, engage diverse stakeholders, and align commercial execution with project objectives. A degree in engineering or related field and at least ten years in mega projects are expected.

Formación

• Degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Extensive EPCM/EPC contracting experience.
• 10+ years in mega projects and complex interfaces.
• Experience managing large project spend and teams.
• Ability to lead across global interfaces.
• Strong negotiation and risk management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop contracting and procurement strategies for EPCM/EPC projects.
• Lead the Contracts & Procurement team across project interfaces.
• Assess and mitigate risks within the commercial strategy.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with key suppliers.
• Ensure safety, value delivery, and 100% compliance.
