Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical trial management or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage all clinical operational and quality aspects of allocated studies, low to moderate complexity, per ICH GCP.
• Develop clinical tools and contribute to the Master Action Plan for documentation; ensure Trial Master File quality.
• Coordinate with the clinical team and other departments; lead meetings to maintain timelines and resource usage.
• Monitor timelines and metrics, provide status updates, and manage CRF collection and query resolution.
• Oversee start-up activities and ensure timely ethics committee and regulatory submissions.
• Assist in forecasting clinical activities and manage resource allocation.
