Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical trial management or related roles.
• Equivalency of education/training and related experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage all clinical operational and quality aspects of allocated studies compliant with ICH GCP.
• Develop and maintain Master Action Plan and trial master file content as required.
• Lead team meetings, monitor timelines, resources, and quality for study deliverables.
• Monitor clinical activity timelines, register status updates, and manage CRF collection and query resolution.
• Coordinate start-up activities including ethics committee and regulatory submissions when appropriate.
