Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Sr CTM to lead clinical operations for allocated studies, ensuring compliance with ICH GCP and timely delivery. The role involves developing monitoring plans, creating trial documents, and coordinating with project teams and client meetings.

The candidate will guide senior- and junior-level staff, manage timelines, budgets, and resources, and supervise start-up activities and regulatory submissions as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical trial management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical operational and quality aspects of allocated studies per ICH GCP.
• Develop clinical tools and contribute to Master Action Plan for trial documents.
• Lead team meetings and ensure timelines and quality across studies.
• Monitor CRFs, monitoring reports and data queries; ensure regulatory submissions as needed.
• Coordinate start-up activities and ethics/regulatory submissions where appropriate.
