This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and external sites, with strong focus on compliance and efficient clinical operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic qualification.
• At least 5+ years of experience in clinical trial management or a related field.
• Experience running trials and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage all clinical operations and quality aspects of studies in line with ICH GCP.
• Develop and implement monitoring plans and trial master file components.
• Coordinate with sites, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely deliverables.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and resources; report progress to project management.
• Support start-up activities and regulatory submissions as needed.
