Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus relevant clinical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical trial management or similar roles.
• Experience with ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical operations and quality aspects of studies per ICH GCP.
• Develop monitoring plans and trial documentation with project teams.
• Coordinate with sites, budgets, timelines and regulatory submissions.
• Lead team meetings and ensure timely clinical deliverables and data quality.
• Provide status updates and collaborate across departments to meet objectives.
• Support forecast estimates and resource management for clinical activity.
