Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to shape and deliver a web and mobile field inspection and reporting platform. You will define clear requirements, translate them into deliverables, and partner with stakeholders and delivery teams to drive continuous improvements aligned with roadmap goals.

You will lead discovery, document requirements and workflows, and facilitate workshops to ensure product objectives are met.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business analysis experience on complex, enterprise software products.
• Strong project planning skills with risk and change management support.
• Advanced elicitation skills across processes, data, and system integrations.
• Solid Agile and Waterfall methodology knowledge and practice.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Balsamiq, and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and prioritize business needs.
• Document business requirements and process workflows with accuracy and traceability.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and align outcomes with product objectives.
• Create and refine user stories, functional specs, and supporting artifacts.
• Translate requirements into actionable deliverables for development and support teams.
• Analyze processes and data to identify inefficiencies and improvements.
• Support roadmap and backlog creation with feasible milestones.
• Coordinate with product and technical roles to validate scope, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Contribute to project planning, risk management, and change activities.
• Monitor product performance and report progress, risks, and decisions to leadership.
