Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a hands-on Senior Data Analyst to join our team in Chile. You will develop and refine BI reports and dashboards, profiling and mapping data to ensure accuracy and actionable insights.

You will collaborate with data engineers and architects to leverage Snowflake data models and create mockups to gather stakeholder feedback. The role requires strong Python and SQL skills, experience with Salesforce Tableau, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a data analyst or similar
• Experience building data mapping solutions ensuring data quality across systems
• Proficient in Python for data analysis and automation
• Strong SQL skills for querying across multiple data sources
• Direct experience with Salesforce Tableau/Tableau Desktop for BI reports
• Nice to have Snowflake experience and Tableau Prep knowledge
• Proficiency in English (C1 or higher) and ability to work with global teams

Responsibilities

• Build, prototype, and launch BI reports and dashboards in Tableau
• Collaborate with data engineers and architects to leverage data models in Snowflake
• Create polished BI reports aligned with business needs and insights
