Job summary

Sezzle is seeking a detail-oriented Vendor Management Program Manager to lead the execution of our third-party risk management framework, overseeing the vendor lifecycle to align with security, compliance, and operational standards.

You will manage due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and documentation, ensuring audit-readiness across fintech partnerships while collaborating with IT, Legal, and Compliance teams. AI tooling with Claude is a plus, enabling efficient risk assessments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of vendor risk management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or equivalent.
• Experience with PCI-DSS, SOC 2, GLBA, and BSA/AML.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain third-party risk standards across IT, Legal, and Compliance.
• Conduct due diligence and ongoing monitoring of vendor risk and privacy.
• Maintain vendor inventories and oversee onboarding and offboarding reviews.
• Assess vendor risk in areas like PII handling and credit decisioning.
• Collaborate with Legal and Information Security on contracts and safeguards.
