Qualifications

• 6+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with C#/.NET or another OOP language and willingness to work in a .NET environment.
• Experience building and supporting production-scale backend systems.
• Payments, fintech, FX, or money movement experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services for payments.
• Support onboarding, payments, settlement, FX, and financial operations.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and operations teams to deliver new capabilities.
• Develop integrations with external partners and third-party platforms.
• Drive reliability, monitoring, incident response, and production readiness.
• Mentor mid-level engineers and contribute to design discussions.
• Contribute to cloud modernization and platform transformation efforts.
