Applaudo is seeking a Senior .NET Engineer to lead resolution of complex production incidents in Azure-hosted environments. You will analyze signals across code, infra, identity, networking, and data to drive incidents to resolution.

You will own critical escalations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate technical findings into business impact with clear plans and executive-ready documentation.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional experience with C# and .NET applications.
• Production support or operational troubleshooting experience.
• Experience troubleshooting ASP.NET Core apps, APIs, and integrations at scale.
• Own and resolve critical P1/P2 production incidents.

Aufgaben

• Own and resolve complex P1/P2 incidents in Azure-hosted .NET apps.
• Investigate issues across application, infra, and platform layers.
• Coordinate incident response with Development, Infra, Security and Support.
• Produce executive-ready root-cause analyses and recommendations.
