Applaudo is seeking a Senior .NET Engineer to own complex P1/P2 incidents in Azure-hosted environments, bridging code, infrastructure, identity, and networking to drive resolution. You will collaborate across Development, Infrastructure, Security, and Support teams, translating technical findings into business impact with executive-ready documentation.

Strong telemetry, SQL, and Azure AD know-how are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of C#/.NET production support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting ASP.NET Core apps, REST APIs, integrations at production scale.
• Strong English communication and executive-ready reporting.

Aufgaben

• Own and resolve complex P1/P2 incidents affecting Azure-hosted .NET apps and integrations.
• Investigate issues across application, infrastructure, identity, networking, and data layers.
• Coordinate incident response across Development, Infrastructure, Security, and Support teams.
• Create clear root-cause analyses and executive-ready documentation.
• Configure and tune Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics; manage alerts and dashboards.
• Work with Dev teams to fix code-level performance and reliability issues.
