NHS Lanarkshire is seeking a dedicated Senior Pharmacy Technician to lead the pharmacy team within the goods receipt area, ensuring accurate, timely receipt and despatch of medicines. The post holder will oversee staff, support the Chief Technician, and maintain high safety and quality in dispensing processes.

You will receive and check pharmaceutical products from wholesalers, manage orders, and coordinate with nurses and portering staff to ensure smooth dispensing operations across the

The Role

The postholder provides patient focused quality service to assure an efficient and timely supply of pharmaceutical products and be the team leader for pharmacy staff working within goods receipt area. The accurate and safe assembly of medicines to be dispensed and to receive, check, package and despatch pharmaceutical goods
