You will interact with project managers, suppliers and category teams to secure cost-effective, timely deliveries while maintaining high standards of quality. The ideal candidate has a master's or bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration and at least 3 years in a project-oriented supply chain role, with advanced English

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a supply chain function, preferably in a project environment.
• Advanced English language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute procurement activities for projects to meet cost, schedule and quality targets.
• Maintain interfaces with project management, category teams and suppliers on SCM matters.
• Negotiate terms of purchase orders, monitor procurement status and drive cost reductions.
• Ensure compliance with sourcing strategies and timely release of purchase orders.

General information:Responsibilities:Grid Integration, support customers in creating stronger, smarter and greener grids adapted to meet the needs of the changing power landscape. Our system solutions are designed and delivered to provide the highest lifecycle value with the lowest risk. Planning and executing procurement activities for projects in order to support project objective achievement in terms of cost/budget, schedule and supply quality. Maintaining a primary interface with the Project Manager, project team, category teams, on all SCM matters. Applying project procurement procedures and planning and ensuring appropriate implementation and compliance to SCM instructions. Establish together with Contracts Manager or Project Manager the project specific terms & conditions (Special Conditions) and manages the negotiation of Purchase Orders including payment terms, delivery, pricing, terms and conditions, etc. Monitoring the project procurement status and updating project management and SCM team of any issues. Pro-actively working to resolve issues related to procurement cost, quality and delivery. Ensuring that RfQ's are issued in compliance to the sourcing strategy. Ensuring cost reduction and project budget savings targets are met. Ensuring that all purchase orders are accurate, approved and released in a timely manner. Managing relationships with suppliers in partnership with regional and Global Category Management teams. Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a supply chain function, preferebelly in a project environment. Language: Advanced English Previous work experience from a similar work field (project business), is a plus. Technical interest and ability to solve complex problems independently. Team player, driven, structured and have a result-oriented mindset. Good communication and networking skills as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
