BairesDev is seeking a Salesforce Admin to maintain and optimize our Salesforce CRM. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions and serve as the liaison between stakeholders and the system to ensure seamless user management and data integrity.

The role focuses on configuring objects, fields, and page layouts, building automation with flows and validation rules, and managing security and data quality. This is a 100% remote position with global impact.

Formación

• 4+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience.
• Experience in platform administration and user management.
• Proficiency in building Salesforce flows and validation rules.
• Hands-on data management and security experience in Salesforce.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, record types, and page layouts to reflect organizational workflows.
• Design and implement advanced automation solutions using Salesforce flows and validation rules to streamline business processes.
• Manage user lifecycle and security, including profiles, roles, permission sets, and org-wide defaults.
• Oversee data management activities such as data imports, cleansing, and regular audits to maintain high accuracy.
• Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into key business metrics and performance.
• Facilitate platform integrations and support users through troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous system improvements.

As a Salesforce Admin, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance and optimization of our Salesforce CRM platform. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and the system to ensure seamless user management and data integrity.

What You'll Do

• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, record types, and page layouts to reflect organizational workflows.

• Manage user lifecycle and security, including the setup of profiles, roles, permission sets, and organization-wide defaults.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM-focused role.
• Proven expertise in platform administration, configuration, and user management.
• Proficiency in building and managing Salesforce flows, validation rules, and security settings.
• Hands-on experience with data management, security protocols, and platform integrations.
• Strong background in optimizing Salesforce to meet business requirements and improve user efficiency.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
