Airbus Helicopters Chile S.p.A. is hiring an Order Fulfillment Specialist to execute all aspects of customer orders with energy and enthusiasm. The role interfaces with customers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high service quality.

You will monitor orders, coordinate with planning and engineering, and proactively inform stakeholders about status, delays, or critical parts, while supporting reporting and team objectives. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Aerospace or related field.
• Understanding aviation spares supply chain management is a plus.
• Spanish and English business level are mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high quality customer service and act as main interface for orders.
• Understand requirements and transform them into fulfilment actions.
• Monitor orders, drive internal teams and update delivery dates.
• Coordinate technical/commercial queries with Airbus departments.
• Support data quality in material planning with planning specialists.
• Prepare reports on operational topics and participate in meetings.
