Airbus Helicopters Chile S.p.A. is seeking an Executive Manager of Operations and Technical Support to direct aircraft maintenance, technical support, and training operations across the group.

The role drives technical excellence, workforce development, and regulatory compliance, while managing budgets and stakeholder expectations. The candidate will lead the Technical Support Center, MRO resources, and the AH Training Center, ensuring OTD/OTQ targets, safety, and high customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in leadership roles managing direct or indirect operational teams.
• Proficiency in oral and written communication in Spanish & English is mandatory.
• Additional languages appreciated (Portuguese, French, etc.).
• Solid technical expertise in helicopters, technical support, and training.
• Extensive working knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS).
• Strong knowledge of regional aviation regulations (DGAC, ANAC).
• Proven experience in budget control and financial tracking.
• Strong executive leadership.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High capacity for organization, planning, and working under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the Technical Support Center and oversee Level 1 inquiries across the region.
• Coordinate and ensure Tech Rep services and regional client support.
• Lead response efforts during incidents, liaising with authorities and internal units.
• Control contract management and distribution of technical documentation for MRO and clients.
• Support preparation and execution of technical client visits.
