Airbus Helicopters Chile S.p.A. is seeking an Executive Manager of Operations and Technical Support to lead aircraft maintenance, technical support, and training operations.

• Degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in leadership roles managing direct or indirect operational teams.
• Proficiency in oral and written communication in Spanish & English is mandatory.
• Additional Languages appreciated (Portuguese, French, etc.).
• Solid technical expertise in Helicopters, technical support, and training.
• Extensive working knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS).
• Strong knowledge of regional aviation regulations (e.g., DGAC, ANAC).
• Proven experience in budget control and financial tracking.
• Strong executive leadership.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High capacity for organization, planning, and working under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Directs the Technical Support Center, addressing Level 1 inquiries via TE within the Southern Cone, coordinating with Regional Hub and Headquarters.
• Guarantees Tech Rep services based on needs from clients in the region.
• Coordinates and manages response during accidents or incidents with authorities and internal units.
• Oversees contract administration and distribution of technical documentation, and manages access rights for MRO and clients.
• Supports preparation and execution of technical client visits, often with the CEFO team.
• Manages resources for MRO activities including infrastructure, tooling, and training.
• Ensures staffing with certified technicians and engineers per market demand and regulations.
• Maintains inventory for maintenance activities and optimizes stock as Accountable Manager.
• Delivers high-quality technical proposals for maintenance and STCs to Commercial.
• Plans and monitors maintenance and STCs/SBs via Project Management for OTDI/OTQ and customer satisfaction.
• Controls Workload Planning vs. Projected Workforce balancing financial health and technical certifications.
• Drives workshop efficiency and KPIs, ensuring safety and quality across services.
• Owns customer satisfaction across all MRO services (OTR, OTD, OTQ, NQC).
• Ensures flight safety for both internal helicopter operations and commercial activities.
