Tidal is hiring an Operations & Fulfillment Manager for a remote independent contractor role. You will own day-to-day execution across fulfillment, logistics, and Amazon operations, while supporting strategic initiatives and process improvements.

Training will be provided and prior warehouse or Amazon experience is not required. The role emphasizes ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and using AI tools to optimize forecasting, documentation, and data quality.

Formación

• Excellent written and spoken English, with clear cross-team communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to turn ambiguous requests into action plans.
• Owns priorities, organizes multiple tasks, and follows through independently on recurring tasks.
• Experience in management consulting or analytical operations is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Own operational execution and project coordination, tracking deadlines and dependencies.
• Coordinate fulfillment and logistics with 3PLs across regions to improve accuracy and cost efficiency.
• Support supply chain activities including vendor management and compliance tracking.
• Support Amazon operations and learn channel workflows for timely issue resolution.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives with data-driven recommendations across teams.
• Improve processes via documentation and AI applications for forecasting and workflows.
