IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM operations, with remote work options across the region. You will guide the centralized monitoring team, ensuring study quality, risk management, and timely delivery on global projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Ability to work on multiple global projects and manage competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and partner with project/clinical lead to ensure delivery per contract.
• Oversee global assigned projects and manage clinical deliverables per protocol and SOPs.
• Mentor junior staff and manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Develop study analytics strategy and monitor RBM tools and templates.
• Ensure documentation and eTMF readiness for audits and studies.
