IQVIA in LATAM is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead (Remote). You will partner with project and clinical leads to deliver objectives per contract while optimizing speed, quality and cost, in accordance with IQVIA SOPs.

Responsibilities include leading the Centralized Monitoring team, managing resources, developing monitoring strategies, and mentoring junior staff across global projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and applicable regulatory requirements (ICH GCP and local laws).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Results- and detail-oriented with mentoring/coaching abilities.
• Ability to lead teams and work effectively with global projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP, risk mitigation.
• May act as Clinical Lead on absence and closeout.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, etc.).
• Develop study analytics strategy and RBM tools.
• Support monitoring strategy with triggers/thresholds.
• Attend study team or client meetings.
• Provide inputs to study teams and drive process improvements.
• Develop and use study management plans and RBM templates.
• Ensure documentation and eTMF oversight.
• Mentor or coach junior staff.
