IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead to oversee the Centralized Monitoring team across LATAM while working remotely. You will partner with project and clinical leads to deliver study objectives in line with contract, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.

The role requires leading and mentoring staff, managing resources, and developing analytics strategies, monitoring plans, and RBM tools. Strong English, communication, and ability to handle multiple global projects are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
• 2+ years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects per protocol, SOPs and regulations.
• Manage project resources (CRAs/Central Monitors/Clinical Trial Assistants).
• Develop monitoring strategy and RBM tools; contribute to analytics strategy.
• Mentor or coach junior staff and ensure study documentation readiness.
