IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with remote work options. You will partner with project and clinical leads to deliver projects in line with contract objectives, ensuring speed, quality, and cost efficiency under IQVIA SOPs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field with 3+ years of clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations for clinical trials.
• Experience in a Lead role for 2+ years and ability to mentor junior staff.
• Strong written and verbal English communication required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead when required and manage IP, re-supply and labelling issues.
• Coordinate resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Develop monitoring strategy, triggers, thresholds and RBM tools; maintain study plans and eTMF oversight.
• Monitor study metrics, perform trend analysis and drive continuous process improvements.
