The Centralized Monitoring Lead in LATAM (Remote) at IQVIA will oversee the centralized monitoring function, partnering with project and clinical leads to ensure high-quality, timely delivery in line with contract and IQVIA SOPs. Responsibilities include leadership of the monitoring team, risk identification, and resource management across global projects.

The role requires strong English communication, experience in clinical trial monitoring, and the ability to manage multiple global projects

Formación

• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced English (Mandatory).
• Leadership and team-management experience in clinical operations.
• Ability to manage multiple global projects and priorities.
• Experience leading remote or on-site clinical monitoring teams.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP and applicable regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables per protocol and SOPs.
• Mentor or coach junior staff and manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Develop monitoring strategy, triggers/thresholds, and RBM tools; support analytics strategy.
• Attend study team and client meetings; provide inputs to decision makers and study teams.
• Ensure complete documentation and audit readiness of study tools and templates.
