Utopia is seeking a skilled MEP BIM Modeler to join our in‑house design team. You will deliver engineering solutions across luxury villas and boutique hotels, integrating MEP systems from schematic to tender documentation under the MEP Design Manager.

You will use Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 / ACC, collaborating with architects, interior designers, and client representatives, while ensuring compliance with local codes and sustainability goals.

Formación

• Professional-level English, written and spoken.
• Degree in Construction, Engineering, BIM, Digital Construction or related discipline.
• 3–6 years of design consultancy or contractor experience.

Responsabilidades

• Model and deliver MEP systems for luxury villas and boutique hotels across design stages.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, engineers and procurement teams to integrate systems.
• Produce detailed drawings and specifications using Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC.
• Lead equipment selection and BIM integration while aligning with codes and sustainability goals.
• Contribute to value engineering while preserving design intent.
• Deliver weekly intermediate outputs with clear team communication.
