Formación

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent professional education.
• 5+ years of professional experience in architecture.
• 4+ years of experience with U.S.-based architecture firms.
• Experience on high-end commercial or retail projects in the United States.
• Strong experience with Revit for production and documentation.
• Understanding of drawings, construction documentation, and design development.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality documentation.
• Advanced English communication (written and verbal).
• Latin America-based and able to work remotely with the U.S. team.
• Experience with BIM and cloud collaboration platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain detailed architectural models and documentation using Revit.
• Support the production of construction documents, including drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Translate design concepts into accurate and buildable architectural documentation.
• Work on high-end commercial projects throughout different stages of the design and documentation process.
• Coordinate architectural information with other disciplines and project teams.
• Review drawings and models to identify inconsistencies, errors, and coordination issues.
• Incorporate design changes and client feedback into drawings and models.
• Maintain organized and accurate project files following the studio’s standards.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based architects, designers, and project teams.
• Use additional design and documentation software as required by the project.
• Follow project deadlines, documentation standards, and quality expectations.
