Tractebel, part of the ENGIE group, is seeking a BIM Modeler / Designer with an Electrical focus to support the development of MEP models for Data Center, Industrial, and Power Generation projects in Santiago. You will work primarily with Revit and BIM methodologies, coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver high-quality project deliverables.

This on-site role in Las Condes requires at least 2 years in BIM modeling, strong electrical modeling experience, ACC/Forma

Formación

• 2+ years of professional BIM modeling/design.
• Experience developing MEP systems in Revit, esp. electrical.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, SLDs, equipment layouts.
• Experience in multidisciplinary BIM environments.
• Knowledge of ACC/Forma.
• Understanding BIM methodologies and ISO 19650.
• Specialized BIM training; accredited hours are a plus.
• English proficiency for meetings; interview in English.
• On-site at Las Condes, Santiago.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain MEP models in Revit with a focus on electrical systems.
• Model electrical systems, equipment, and infrastructure per design requirements.
• Support development and interpretation of SLDs and electrical documentation.
• Produce drawings, layouts, sections, details, and schedules from BIM models.
• Identify and resolve spatial coordination issues and clashes.
• Support BIM coordination and reviews using ACC/Forma.
• Follow BIM standards and ISO 19650 aligned processes.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and BIM coordinators across teams.
