Utopia invites an experienced Technical Architect to join our boutique hospitality development team. You will translate design intent into precise documentation across RIBA stages 3–5, focusing on technical development, BIM coordination, and multidisciplinary detailing for villa and hotel projects.

You are highly proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, with strong construction knowledge and English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
• 5–10 years of experience in architectural design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Professional level of English, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver technical design for high-end hospitality projects with strong buildability and coordination.
• Develop and manage coordinated Revit models and construction documentation.
• Coordinate architecture with structural, MEP, and interiors using BIM/Navisworks.
• Resolve multidisciplinary clashes and propose practical technical solutions.
• Prepare tender and construction-stage documentation aligned with codes and specifications.
• Maintain quality control of models and drawings; flag risks early.
• Support façade and system detailing based on construction logic.
• Collaborate with procurement on technical specifications and materials.
• Support BIM modelers and contribute to internal technical standards and workflows.
